4. Credits and Payment

  • New accounts receive 200 free credits upon registration.
  • 1 credit is consumed per URL fetched for metadata.
  • Credits are non-refundable except in cases of Service error.
  • Payments are processed by Momo. We do not store payment card information.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit prices and packages at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All TikTok content belongs to the original creators. We do not claim ownership of any downloaded media. The Service is a technical tool only.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated scraping or abuse of the Service
  • Downloading content to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Reselling downloaded content without creator permission
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of downloaded content or the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.
